Kayezen
Overview
I was tasked carrying through a consistent visual styling and tone of voice across landing page, ads, and emails. Kayezen needed help creating a sales funnel and a website that did the selling for them with email being used to close the deal.
Challenge
The client had very loose brand standards to work from and assets such as photography and copy were being built in tandem with the design process. The existing website needed a complete overhaul to improve the customer journey while educating the users on the benefits of the product, and there were no existing email flows established to sell.
Approach
We started from the homepage and built outward, using the content sections as a roadmap for the rest of the site. We needed to showcase the mobility of the product and with heatmaps and session recordings we could see that benefits, use cases, and social proof needed to be shown in order for the customer to move forward with a purchase as the product had a premium price tag.
Results
Once the website was updated to focus on the customer journey putting the benefits of the product at the forefront and social proof to back the claims, the client established credibility. Kayezen had proven themselves as a revolutionary product in the fitness space with a website that focused on education and a growing community to close the sale.
