Run It Back
Overview
I was tasked with creating a website for a brand-new company, Run It Back. Are turn processing app that allows you to schedule pick-ups from your front door.The brand had solid assets in place and an established look and feel, they just needed help getting their message out there and explain what their product could do for the residents of Toronto.
Challenge
With an existing website in place we had to figure out what was working and what could be scraped in order to create a more frictionless checkout process. The existing website had a lot of great information about the app and what it could offer, but it was so text heavy that we found most users weren’t reading the details.
Approach
We analyzed the existing site and pulled to the surface what we felt were the most important benefits of the offering and breaking all of that info down into easily digestible sections to show ease-of-use and affordability. We developed a streamlined checkout process and helped storyboard out a how-to-video that was animated and brought into the checkout process in order to remove as many barriers as possible from the consumers’ minds.
Results
The completed website and the ads that drove customers to it were all consistently designed to focus on the main benefits of the offering. Easy to use, affordable and from the comfort of your home, Run ItBack gives you time back in your day to do what you love while they handle your returns.
